Front shafts and CV's which brand?
Hi all,

Please some advise from your experiences.
I am looking in to replacing the front shafts, cv's and drive flanges (2008, 130)
Any advice on aftermarket, oem or ashcroft?

Thanks in advance.

Paul.

Ashcroft HD for all, and bung an ATB in the axle while you're at it. No point going to all the effort with inferior products (unless you are just flipping the car).

I fitted ashcroft in mine in 2010ish. Along with lockers. 105k later all is still tight. Cheers

I think Ashcroft have great quality, that’s the route I’d go too.

I think Ashcroft or Genuine are the only real sensible routes, though the latter is over priced. Diesel$ Live$ Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨‍🔧🧰⚙️ RED, WHITE & BOOST! 🇬🇧

I have fitted britpart/allmakes CVs and halfshafts to several 110s and they are still working fine. Puma 110" SW

Ive always fitted Britpart with HD flanges. Ive broken a few doing some heavy offroading but not enough to warrant ashcroft

Always been fine otherwise especially with 33s and 550nm of torque Instagram @defender_ventures
