GapIID Tool missing Car Config menu.

One of the first things I did after purchasing my new Defender was activate it on my GapIID Tool I had from my LR4. The activation seemed to go as expected and I can connect and there didn't seem to be any issues. I went to activate Auto stop start to always on and I don't have the menu to change anything. The Car Config menu is missing.

I've updated the firmware but no luck. Anyone seen this or have some ideas?

I’ll answer my own question here. After a few more attemps and sending an email to GAPIID support, I stumbled on a thread that described different hardware versions. About that time I got an email from support telling me I was trying to activate a newer vehicle on an old pre-2017 GAP tool. No where in the software did I see anything but GAPIID BT or Pro etc. And I was able to activate it in the car, just not in the application. Maybe this will help someone else that has been using the tool for quite a while without realizing that GAP had built a new tool. It even sounds like they’re about to release another.
