Intermittent starting issues Defender 90 MY25

D350 MY25 . I have intermittent starting issues . Start pressed screen goes blank , no clicking .
LR assistance summary as follows .
Customer concern of intermittent fault where unable to start vehicle, unable to confirm on arrival. Customer advises vehicle doesn't crank and screen flickers when pressing starter button. Connected topix and found P0A0F-97 engine failed to start - component or system blocked. P0A0F-93 engine failed to start - no operation. Both fault codes logged 11/09 and logged 6 times in 31 drive cycles. Ties in with amount of times customer experienced faults and recently logged 2 cycles ago. Suspect possible starter motor at fault as no other faults logged.

Does start after several attempts or lock unlock . Some times dosent happen at all .

Taking to dealer who I don’t have any confidence will take the time to replicate issue.

Has anyone else experienced these fault codes or issues or have any idea what component is failing ?
Starter motor seems a bit general to me .

Update . This has been traced to a loose starter motor connection . I hope it’s as simple as that . Got the vehicle back , time will tell .

Which dealer did you use? MY25 90 D350 X-Dynamic HSE in Silicon Silver and coil sprung
1974 Series 3 Lightweight = "Millie"
Many Range Rovers and Land Rovers over the years 😂
1949 80" - still in family since 1975

Harwoods . Coulsdon . Got me in as soon as I wanted . Diagnosed within a day . Also had the roll back
