| P400 Rattle, Pinging noise on light acceleration | |
Anyone experiencing a rattle, clattering, pinging sound on light acceleration in lower rpm's? I have a 2025 with 10k miles and have been trying to get it sorted. Dealer verified noise coming from electric supercharger. They also found spark plugs fouled, no codes stored and they replaced electric supercharger and plugs. Noise is back, and it's at the dealership again and once again they are hearing the noise from supercharger with chassis ears, the part has been ordered and waiting for replacement. It definitely seems like a detonation type knocking sound. I'll attach a video link I found on another forum so you'll know the sound I'm referring too. Holding out hope a second supercharger is the fix but not convinced that's the problem yet, any ideas? TIA
