Exhaust Actuator or Rear Suspension Noise?

Weird noise coming from the rear of the car.

Can feel vibrations through the exhaust pipes when it happens, but can’t pinpoint it to a specific location.

Happens when the engine is running and when the engine is stopped but the power is on. Happens when cold and warm.

Can’t seem to upload a video clip but it’s a irrk……irrk……irrk noise happens twice about 30s apart.

Anyone else had this, or heard of it?

Car was in LR for a service and they’d also never heard it before nor knew what it was. Been told to monitor and report if it gets worse or throws up codes - nothing came up in their scan during the service. Current Garage...
