[sold] Kenwood KAC-M1814 4 Channel 400W Amplifier
Hi, I bought this amplifier recently for just over £100 for a project in my Defender but decided to go down a different route instead. From what I've read it's a super little amp which offers substantially more oomph than the internal amp in the head unit. It also doesn't take up a lot of space or require a substantial power supply. You can use it with the provided RCA cables if your head unit has them or by using speaker level input if it doesn't, it's all explained in the instructions. Everything is present - amp, manual, wiring harness, cable ties, 2 x RCA cables and fixing screws.
I did fit a multiplug to the harness ready for installation but have since cut this off so the ends of the harness will show that I cut them, not the nice people at Kenwood, but it is only about 2cm shorter than nature intended.
This is a current model and retails from anywhere between £100 and £125 online. I'd like £75 posted to the UK.
