So I fitted my new grill lights but since putting everything back together I have a fault come up on my car. When using the gap tool it says
C1A67-93(68)forward looking sensor no operation. I have checked all the connections and they seem ok. Any ideas? I have attached the photos

I can tell you the sensors have a reputation for failing on their own. So I wouldn't be surprised if a little light DIY either jiggled a loose connection or worse..

One of mine spontaneously faulted and the dealer had to replace it.

It was a real pain whilst it was faulty - the emergency braking system would trigger in situations it usually wouldn't (I guess a working sensor would be blindsided - suddenly pick up something the faulty sensor didn't and the system would panic and jam on the brakes).
Does you PiviPro parking screen showed a red line around the overheard parking display window - indicating no proximity detection?
