Just be careful or the Yorkshire Mafia will deny you entry!

It was bad enough Jamie Oliver making Eccles cakes in a Yorkshire field on national telly without you starting. Evil or Very Mad

We don't need them foreign imports from the wrong side of the Pennines. No, it's Yorkshire Curd Tart or Parkin here. One of the shops in Helmsley sells superb curd tarts, so you can stock up there.... Rolling Eyes Whistle

Thumbs Up

(otherwise I can vouch for the mad buns - they will be excellent! Very Happy )

Sorry I can't be there (moving house for MrsK's Mum, and the Defender & Trailer are in high demand).

The weather looks good.

I would have liked to have come along, keen to meet you all, and also keen to compare the Safari Equip and Nakatanenga swing-aways side-by-side Smile

I hope you have a fantastic time. Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

just back from YOG, despite the fuel issues we arrived friday night just in time for a beer with Brendan. seems to be loads of diesel in Yorkshire

for a small gathering of land rover types together with camping, beer and chat it turned out totally excellent.

Leeds, TrekOverland and others all put on a great show - bought a load of goodies for the project 110 including a bluesea 6 way fuse box with a -ve buz bar, entreq door kit and more.

Leeds had quite alot of entreq kit on show including new bonnet chequer plate, fcg's, and rear door gas struts, fridges, ropes even saw an axe ..

good to see such a selection of vehicles there, a g4 130, 90/300 galv, evoke, old ones with curved roofs (can't remember thier names), series 1,2,3 etc... also trekover land kit on show including trailers, storage and expo. kit.

good job Brendan, Barbara, Andy, Vicky, Claire Thumbs Up
