I responded on the other site, but I'll tell you the same thing again on here: This is a problem with the cellular connection. That happens to me sometimes when I'm in an area with poor reception. You're most likely having cellular interference or in a spot with bad cell service. ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ (Pangea Green over Acorn/Lunar)

Thank you for your response. It appears the issue persists even in areas with excellent mobile coverage.

Update:
My dealer found no faults with the GPS antenna system. However, they stated that the satellite navigation system requires an active InControl Pro Services subscription, which I donโt have, since itโs not supported in my country. For context: * My vehicle doesn't have the InControl module installed. * The InControl app isnโt available in my App Store region. * Iโve had the vehicle for over a year with no issues. * Satellite navigation is working just fine for now. Yeah, strange, especially considering what they told me! Hereโs the confusing part: Pivi shows my mobile operator details, but I canโt seem to get any 4G data. Iโm unsure whether the dealer disabled something or if itโs a system-side issue. I checked the CCF using my GAP IID Tool and it shows the SIM settings are correctly identified. So my question is: Is there really any direct link between Pivi Pro satellite navigation and InControl Pro Services? Or is the dealer just giving a generic response? Is there a way to check if SIM data services are active using the GAP IID Tool? Would appreciate any insights! |

I did not renew the data subscription and the satellite maps also no longer work on mine.
Use google maps via CarPlay perhaps? |

Looks like your feedback supports what the dealer mentioned. My satellite navigation still works fine, so does that mean theyโve quietly renewed the subscription for another year?
Google Maps on the Pivi screen are great, but unless they show up on the instrument panel, theyโre still second-best. Iโm used to driving with the sat nav displayed right on the IP, and anything less feels like a step down. |

The GPS navigation will always work, regardless of cellular connection. You only need the cellular to display a satellite photography image on the map, the normal Pivi navigation map is stored on the car.
