I've been looking at options for upgrading my 20+ year-old Garmin satnav to a solution that would give me Apple CarPlay. I didn't want to change the centre dash fascia to accommodate a double-din radio with a screen, partly due to cost, but mostly because I prefer the original design.
I saw a "Llamto wireless car stereo" on Amazon & for £113.04 I thought I'd give it a try. I have to say I've had it fitted a week & so far I'm really pleased with it. It's a nice widescreen touch display which works well with CarPlay and Spotify, & I think it fits nicely on top of the dash & it doesn't obscure my view out the windscreen at all (although I can no longer see the clock). It also came with a reverse camera which I've connected into the reverse light so it comes on when I select reverse gear. It also has a dashcam built in, but I'm not using that as I'm happy with the dashcam that I already have, which is also connected up to another rear camera. Anyway for £113.04 I'm well happy & here's a few photos...
