And remember it is also considered bad etiquette to fondle a pre owned sheep, so always check for a name tag of the owner on the sheeps collar. Thumbs Up

However, my wife lives in her Hunters (originals, not the "lady" ones), even when teaching art. She swears they are the most comfortable "shoes" she has Shocked Each to their own, I say.
Bought her a new pair for Christmas. Now she has green and red. Couldn't go wrong with sizing etc. - epic success Thumbs Up Tell someone you love them today because life is short.

I bet her feet honk after wearing them all the time Wink

I used to wear mine a lot working on the shoot but if you are doing a lot of activity in standard Hunters the soles quickly wear out and the tops get thin / cut going through brambles. I used to get a new pair every six months. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.

My wife use to have the same problem with standard Hunters - the heals wearing down quickly so she's been using Muckboots for the last couple of years. They seem to last a lot longer! Thumbs Up 2008 110 XS CSW Stornoway Grey
