I like my 18''s. I think they quite suit the Defender by giving it a more up to date look.

They do improve the on road manners of my 110 and yet still good off road.

Although they make my 110 seem more car like to drive with the improved handling on the road, (which feels good!) I know I'm still driving my Defender which is

(I wouldn't go to 20's though, I think they are a bit to boy racer looking for me)

Each to there own!

Why on earth do you need MTs on it if you are only going to use it on road? For on road use stick with the tyres that are standards fit - ATs are a good all round tyre in most conditions, MTs look chunky but are not so good in compacted snow which may an issue where you live.

If your tyres are worn then pick up a set of the road biased Generals that pop up for sale cheaply.

265 tyres will fit your Boosts easily if you want wider than 235.

As for 20" - You are Killer 90 and I claim my £5
