Rear number plate light
Having fitted a rear ladder it’s technically obscuring the numberplate. Moving numberplate to the other side is easy enough but obviously I need the numberplate lamp moved over to that side as well.
Moving the numberplate lamp is easy enough as well, but what would people suggest, regarding the wiring. Would you literally just run an extension of the feed up over the rear door (in the rear headlining trim) back down to the new location?2010 2.4 TDCI Puma Defender 90

Easier and neater would be to tap from the side light on the other side. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
