Brownchurch DC roof rack?
Has anyone got a brown church roof rack fitted to a defender double cab?
Just thinking of having one on our next vehicle and would like a bit of feedback on them.
Why brownchurch? well they seem to be good value for money and look to be heavy duty.
Any photos of one on the vehicle would be good, especially of the ladder up the back as I need to know if light guards will fit under the ladders.

It's a bit dark to take some good photos for you. Wyvern on here is another Brownchurch man.

They're well made and VERY solid.
Good value.
Their design means you can carry loads easily and strap them down easily. Easier than the Patriots etc, from what I can see (i stand to be corrected).
Brownchurch can plasticoat the rack black very cheaply if you prefer that to galv grey.

The only downsides i can see from experience are that they're a little taller than most, but IMHO they are the original Defender rack and look the part.
They whistle slightly between 50-65. Gaffer tape over a small vacant bolt hole in the rack sorts this though.
