I had it once and then it self healed. Nothing since and still on 4.1.13. Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy.

I haven't had a black screen yet on version 4.1.6 so hopefully it has fixed it MY25 D350 Defender 110 X, Carpathian Grey, 7 Seat, Electric Towbar

Mine is fine for months now. Last update in July was 4.2.0. I hope it keeps stable...last black screen was in mid of April directly after pushing the start button.

I truly dont understand why this is still an issue for so many.... very frustrating when it happens, albeit rarely

I haven’t had a black screen since the 4.2.0 update so maybe the issue is now fixed with the latest update MY25 D350 Defender 110 X, Carpathian Grey, 7 Seat, Electric Towbar

My black screen was fixed by the dealer.
He replaced the Pivi CPU or whatever. Greetings

Hello everyone, unfortunately my defender also has this problem from the beginning. I am now the 6 times in the workshop, without success. However, what I noticed on the net, apparently this problem ONLY affects the 10 inch monitors!? Can anyone possibly confirm this or is it just a coincidence? If so, a conversion to the 11 inch monitor might be the solution! Greetings Flo

I think that's more of an excuse or justification, because you like the 11th one better! Does anyone else in the family read here? I'm sorry, did I mess it up?

no, I have 11.4 screen and had this issue... but LR solved it, had to be changed the Control unit
