Forscan readings CylBal and Fuel Rail Pressure

Anyone have experience interpreting the data here? These are the values at 2k RPM.
Looks to me like injector 3 and 4 are not healthy? and that's what's causing the high fuel rail pressure? As I understand, tolerance values for the CylBal should be -1 to +1 and anything outside of that is an issue, but I'm not sure if that's true or not Question
Not sure on the MAF discrepancy yet (actual is about half the desired), I'll probably look at that after sorting out the injectors.
Also, validating that injector 3 and 4 would be the ones closest to the gearbox?
Local diesel specialist said they can test injectors for £10 each, might do that next and see if I need some new ones.

She's running a bit rough, bit of diesel knock, feels like over fueling especially at lower revs.
I only have one code P037D 29, I changed all the glow plugs last week as they were original and getting her started in the cold takes a few attempts, thought it would fix the P037D but I'll go chase some wiring and check fuses next. I'm dealing with it as a seperate issue at the moment, given those forscan values it looks like at least one injector is done.

Also, this was the Fuel Rail Pressure at idle... Confused

Would like some advice, but my current plan is to get these injectors tested, buy one or two new denso ones (£160 each Crying or Very sad ) new VCV in case the injector issue has fudged it (it was new 6 months ago), and new fuel rail pressure sensor and pressure release valve. Not sure if I'm going overboard though, and if there's ways to rule out any of the above with the data.

Based on the helpful advice from Sam on the puma Facebook group, I just did the pump learn as a start as the values I'm seeing would be affected by that and the pilot learn. Haven't done the pilot learn yet as it's too cold (needs min 15°C intake temp), but the pump learn has made a huge difference. It's running considerably smoother and there's a lot less diesel knock. Also, my actual fuel rail pressure is now tracking the desired value and the CylBal values have changed. It's now the opposite two injectors that are showing out of tolerance, but I'm not sure how much to read into it before doing the pilot learn first. Also, if it's running ok then that's the main thing really.
Holding off the injector test for now, and seeing if I can get some warmer air to do the pilot learn.
My parts shelf has gained in value, with two new injectors, seals, clamp bolts, spare VCV and fuel rail pressure sensor all surplus to requirements.....for now 😅
I was so convinced of a mechanical/sensor issue since they are so notorious on these ford engines, that I was a little trigger happy with the shopping basket. Serves the old lesson, always do the simplest and cheapest thing first, and go from there.

When it’s too cold to do a learn put an electric fan heater pointing at the wing vent while you do it. 2011 130 Utility Body

Well, annoyingly I got the intake temp up with a fan, but couldn't get the cylinder head temperature above 90° as forscan wants in order to proceed with the pilot learn. I was just about managing 85 while driving hard but as soon as you are parked up and idling it drops to 80. I'll have to put something in front of the rad to get the engine temp up I think. Annoying tolerances, 90 seems high to me as a 'minimum'.
