predictive energy optimization (peo) with Apple CarPlay?
Land Rover PHEVs have a feature called “predictive energy optimization” that makes use of routing data from the navigation system to optimize the use of EV in hybrid mode. However, does anyone know if this only works when the built in navigation system is used or will it work with Apple CarPlay too?

The point of the system is to optimize the use of EV mode. So if the system knows you’ll be entering an urban area it will save energy and use EV mode there for example. But I presume it relies on Pivi Pro map information and it won’t necessarily work if you’re using Apple Maps or Google Maps for routing. Hence my question.
