injector coding error
ood morning

I have just changed my injectors on my 2.4 when I enter the codes it tells me that it is not good. do you have to enter the codes with the injectors disconnected and validated or reconnected and validated?

Don't need to be disconnected. Do you have any other error codes on the ECU? Try clearing these first > 110 XS Double Cab

I erased the fault codes each time. when I enter the 16 digits indicated on the injector, it tells me that these are not the correct numbers when I validate. I even went to the magnifying glass to read. the codes that are read in the computer begin with F1 while those of the injectors begin with F4

Is it mandatory to enter it's 16 digits or just an pilot correction learning ?

All injectors flow slightly different volumes so at the factory injectors are flow tested and coded.
The 'codes' essentially inform the ECU how much under/over the baseline flow volume that particular injector flows, then the ECU decreases/increases the injection duration to account for the discrepancy and ensure the correct fuel volume is injected.

In all honesty it will probably be fine uncoded... Are these genuine injectors with genuine engraved/imprinted DENSO codes? Or remanufactured ones with a code printed on a sticker? Are you certain you are not reading 1's as I's or 0 as O etc? > 110 XS Double Cab

the injectors are new densos. It may be me who is wrong in the numbers and letters. I was able to learn the pump and the injector without any problem. I just have this coding problem. if I do with the nanocom it puts error 31. I tried with the tool bas remap and it gives me error e71 or e93 it seems to run pretty well afterwards, it's mainly the fuel consumption that I'll have to see

knowing that before I shot in the 10 liters per 100 kilometers. if like I see that I am doing 15 or 20 liters I will have to find a solution to read it's codes. I even tried to get someone else to read it but it didn't work.
