i am pretty sure that the 200 and 300 TDI use the same filters. I bought my dad a ITG one that was the same filter as my old 300 TDI Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

My 200 tdi air filter has the fins on it whereas the 300 tdi does not, unless the early 300 tdi carried over 200 tdi filter. Advanced Factors list the Mahle air filter for the 300 tdi as being in stock.
