2023 110 X Dynamic SE build questions

hi..
great forum for info on old and new defenders. I'm currently working on a "build" for USA delivery of 2023 Def. 110 X Dynamic SE. The website has "accessory packs" including combo add-on clusters (Explorer Pack, Urban Pack etc.) . I am interested in an "ala carte " version as I'd like to get Urban Pack but add Wheel arch protection, hood decal, roof rack etc...
I was wondering how difficult it was to order these up front as ala carte items and if indeed the dealer offered such individual add ons. Also, did these specs delay anyone's final delivery?
I'm hoping for a "final build" submitted to dealer by early April. Also, any one on the forum in US market have updates on delays and (ugh!) dealer markups. Are the markups going up, down etc..
I appreciate any info and look forward to learning from this groups' members. Currently, I have a 2013 LR 2 with 110,000miles and still running well. We'll see about the new models!
