Forever Black - bumper and trim conditioner (used on dash)
If anyone is looking to recondition their dash I can really recommend this product. I used it on my dash pieces with amazing results. A deep black and (I guess) quite close to how they looked originally. Very easy to brush on and comes with a cleaner too.
Ed.

I've been thinking about something like this so thanks for the post and recommendation

Assume the colour doesn't rub off on clothing or start to run if wet? TD5 hardtop to Puma inspired Poptop - my build thread

No - it’s touch dry in about 30mins and i refitted the dash pieces a few hours after. no rubbing off so far. I’ve done the whole of the interior dash now and it really does make a difference. Also used it on the rubber mats in the dash trays. Tomorrow I’ll hopefully get a chance to do the wheel arches.

Hi Edward,

Just taken your recommendation and bought a bottle. Hope it’s as good as you say it is, it certainly looks good in your pictures 👍

That looks really good! Does the sheen remain or dull quickly?

It drys Matt. I’ll get out later and take some new photos.

I’ve also used it (probably as intended!) on the wheel arches and again they come really nicely.

Keen to do mine, but I saw some feedback that says it goes streaky when wet so I'd be interested in your comments on that, if it rains again! Rob

Based on the original post I picked up some of this and applied it a couple of weeks ago to door handles, plastic snow cowls and bumper end caps. The finish was very dark and very even - and hasn't deteriorated in the very sunny weather we've been having. I'll be interested to see how long it lasts, but so far it's looking very promising. Easier to get a (better) finish than the GTechniq trim restorer I've tried previously.
