Ceramic coating done today, great job done by Harpers Car Detailing. He spotted that both headlamp washer jets are weeping so it’s booked in with LR next week to get sorted. Has anyone else had this issue?

It’s fairly common that the rear camera washer will dribble and its tiny bits of grit that get stuck in the nozzle. Fix is to give the washer a long blast to flush out the dirt but not sure you can do that with headlight washers. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Cheers Tim. Not sure if that is possible, but it’s under warranty so LR can sort it!!

Well, 10,000 miles in so thought I’d give a brief overview. I do a fair amount off road in it, I’d wager more than most and in that regard it has been superb, never put a foot wrong. The tyres are Duratracs and you’d be hard pressed to identify any wear on them. They’ve been great off and on road and seem to holding up well. They are probably better on road than KO2’s as well, better wet weather grip I would say. I’d say they are comparable to the KO2 off road.

Fuel economy has been around 32. That’s not much town driving, mostly A and B roads and 250mile motorway trip every month. Not really comparing apples with apples, but the old 2.2tdci would manage about 27.

No issues reliability wise. In for a couple of software updates and the headlight washers leaking (which has just started again), but other than that, fault feee.

I miss the old one now and again, but not often and not for long! I can’t believe how much spare time I have now that I’m not maintaining/upgrading/perfecting the old one. I’ve done loads of fishing this year instead!

the leaking defect of the headlight washers requires the replacement of the valves.

May I assume that's a diesel model? My 130 guzzles and gets average 15mpg (P400).

Extended arches fitted a week or so back. Should have done it a while back as they have covered over quite a few light bramble scratches.

12,000 miles in now. Trouble free other than the headlight washer, which is a bit of a first world problem. Sorted now.
