Mercedes c class air vent mod.

So it took me quite a bit of filing away but finally got the first of my c class vents to fit … quite happy and there seems to be more airflow than on the standard vent ….

Looks great do you have the part number for the vents and do they just push in after the filing many thanks

Sorry for the delay.

Images attached.

I think I probably slightly over filed them - and I ended up with a slight gap at the top where the silver rim meets the dash - there are fins inside the dash I cut back but in the next one I’ll try to keep these.

I had a cut down the backs as well - but what I did notice was because they are longer
Than the standard ones you seems to get a better seal and therefore improved air flow. On the next one I’m going to see how much I can keep.
