I have had a couple of weeks hunting for a 110 and yesterday picked up a 2010 xs station wagon.
Needs a few bits sorting but will no doubt be an ongoing project like all my cars are. Thanks guys. Looked at a few from late td5s upwards. Some were real turds and not much cheaper than this one. This one has done 96k 1 previous owner and full main dealer history. Still on its original (09) grabber tr tyres
Sorted a few jobs already Alarm not arming/no indicator flash- fuse blown, replaced but then mislocking turned out to be bonnet open switch not touching bonnet. Quick bend of switch bracket and all good Interior lamp not working- dropped lamp out and reconnected plug 
Removed dodgy aftermarket stereo/ipad- not fixed yet, just removed so at least I can see switches and heater controls now. looks a tidy one
Yeah when i was looking at for my 1st one and the replacement, there are some turds out there, that are going for the same money as decent ones. My old 300 was best out 5, i looked at. That one had a shopping list of jobs to do, sorting out other peoples bodges. The replacement TD5 should have been the one i should have bought 1st time round. All round better Defender a few K more, yeah its got a few things, but no way near to what the 300 had. in fact i think i have only spent 400 quid on this one, compared to the 2k onwards on the 300 tdi. Fixed the small dent in the o/s roof by moving the roof rack foot back one crossmember
 .
Also noticed today that the tyres appear to be the original (dated week 48/09) general grabber TRs at 96000 miles and still less than half worn 
Another couple of jobs added to the "to-do" list today I have noticed is that the ABS light does not come on when starting the car although the ABS appears to be working normally(can anyone confirm that it should come on as a bulb check when ignition on??) Also noticed a clunk from the back end especially when going from forward to reverse and vice versa so I am guessing the half shafts and flanges are worn ordered a double din fascia today too so I can get a nice radio back in to replace the awful monstrosity that it came with 
When I am happy that everything is as it should be,then the fun mods start

You just adjust by reducing the length of the bolt to give you minimum turning radius possible.

Basically trial and error. Screwed the bolts in until the tyre scrubbed the radius arm on full lock then wound out one turn at a time until they cleared. Once Happy I locked the lock nuts.
Makes a massive difference, the 110 now turns in half the distance 2000 90 TD5,galv chassis, d2 axles ,Bas remap , alisport intercooler , d2 transfer box , side windows-more to come-much more!! *GONE*

Couple more bits done today. Fitted the optimill removable steering wheel and a shiny new momo tuner steering wheel
