homologation back in France

Hi all

I am the happy owner of a 2007 300tdi defender since 2020.

Currently based in kenya i will eventually return to France.

My car was produced in kenya and as such doesnt have a certificate of conformity to enter the EU.

Since its too young to enter as a collectible, the only solution seems to have it homologated by the french authorities (dreal).

Has anybody been through the same and could share his experience ?
