110 DCPU Tub replacement
Hi
Does anyone have any pics of a 110 Double Cab with the rear tub off? Or any info on the best way to remove?
I have a new tub to put on just interested in what people have done as their “first move”
The goal is to replace the rear lower panels and the real light panel, but as a whole tub
Thanks!

With the exception of the rear bulkhead it it no different to a CSW. The tricky bit is the C-pillar interface behind the rear door. You cant really remove the tub without having first removed the sill/side frames unless you cut the sill and reweld later.

Hi Steve.

By cutting the sill and re-welding, which bit are you referring to? As I see it the rear wing panel ties in in front of the rear wheel. If I drill out those rivets will it not just come free then?

I had a look through your build thread and I am in awe- very nice work!
