United Kingdom 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Bronze Green
Forscan
Hello

Currently have a std non central locking 10AS unit in my ‘08 2.4 puma

Is it possible to get Forscan to enable the central locking once I have soldered the components into the 10AS - or can that only be done with NANOCOM??

Many thanks

I believe that the 10AS is more Rover specific, while Forscan is designed around Ford. As I understand Forscan is ok for engine management on 2.4s where Forscan detects a Defender as a Transit. But never tested myself, so stand to be corrected. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

Forscan can’t do it, you will need a Nanocom, GAP IIDTool or equivalent that can configure a 10AS.
Seeing if a member close by with a Nanocom for a Puma and willing to help would be worthwhile.
