Tow bar not hiding

Hi. In my 22y defender after first usage of tow bar it hides and then goes back. Also I get a message from time to time -> Tow bar not locked. It seems strange and I don't know whether I should head to dealership or is it something what can be fixed easily?

Do a towbar reset. All the details are in the Iguide, under towing. 110 XS 250 MY 23 Gondwana Stone, Cold climate pack and towbar
