He's been trying to flog this for a number of years now.....
Doesn't have the original engine unfortunately.. He has reduced the price £70k however from when it was last advertised https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/cars/a...ngine.html |

Not sure I’ve ever seen such a ridiculously priced car! Stored in a barn, in pieces, with smashed windows and the engine no longer with the vehicle. You can hardly call it original, it looks closer to marine salvage!
“Chassis generally very good with new rear cross member needed”, hardly very good if it needs a cross member, I’d love to see what he thinks a poor chassis looks like! Bonkers!! |

There's a lively discussion about this vehicle on the S1 club forum, which seems to have concluded that it probably isn't as historic as is claimed (the chassis number ending in 1 doesn't necessarily mean what it is said to), and under no circumstances does it have anything like the value suggested except to someone who is completely bonkers, loaded, and probably stoned as well.
There's no harm advertising it at such a hilarious and unrealistic price, a loaded bonkers stoned person might come along at the right time. The seller wouldn't be the mad part of that transaction! |

"Can deliver to any UK address by separate negotiation"
For 130K you'd hope delivery might be included. |

Obviously the vehicle is in need of a full or sympathetic restoration I'm no restorer but a great listener so if we talk over it's problems it will be good as new
