United Kingdom 2007 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 CSW Keswick Green
I tested with a wire on each side, and found I only needed one on the left had side (viewed from inside the car) - the right hand original connection must still be good.

Yep ran a complete wire from right hand connector, must be a very slight break somewhere. Good fix you wouldnt know.
