Does it happen whilst you are driving? If so it maybe a loose connection or ground, affected by vibration.
If not, perhaps it’s some thermal cut out within the circuits. Another possibility is a connection fault on the relay trigger coil ground or live side effectively turning it on and off if the connection fails. Worth checking the ground continuity and supply voltage. Yip, while I’m driving. I’ll surely test the ground continuity and change out the relay while I’m at it. Thx for the advice.

It could be switch related, the headlight switch and the dip switch are notorious for failing. I presume that your LED headlights are not 130 watt units (if they are you guaranteed to fry the switch) and that this figure is some kind of equivalent light output figure.

Maybe I should run the low and high beams through relays if there are any chances of frying my light switch, providing the grounds and relays are good. Sort of makes sense.
