2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Stornoway Grey

Svx front lights wiring

Hi all,
I am looking at fitting svx type front grill
And light set.
I am wanting to know what is the spot light looking light at the bottom?
Does it connect to the high beam ?
if so does the svx headlight have the side light bulb inside the main light?
