Correct Bolt pattern
Would someone please send me a pic of the rear drop plate, bolts and strengthening arms to the chassis. It’s all off for painting and Iv misplaced the bolts and need the size and hole laying.
Cheers

Keith

Do you mean something like this?

I don‘t have the original manual with me right now but you may find it online.

How’s this?

Allen headed bolts into cross member, M16 I think, could be M14…I didn’t take one out. The lower hex head bolts are M10 x 35 with nyloc nuts. The piece of angle is held on with two M10x35 with flanged nuts going vertically up into the cross member

The bolts at the hitch end of the stay bars are M12 x 35 flanged bolts into captive nuts

Bolts through chassis are M10 x 100 with plain nuts although probably ought to be nyloc nuts, my bad.

The two lower holes in the rear face of the crossmember are M16, the four above are M12.

Glad I could help. Back home now and here's the picture I was looking for.
I got it from my mechanic, along with the torques I wrote on it.

p.s. ... and by "my mechanic" I mean the guy who noted that "my dealer" mixed up some of the bolts when the tow bar was assembled before we bought the Defender. Rolling Eyes
