1999 TD5 Defender Colour ID
Hi, can anyone help me ID the colour of my 1999 Defender TD5 please? No code on plate and dealers cant help…

Sorry missed that bit. Last time I spoke to the them, they helped me with mine, just gave them the reg. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Yeah; have tried the dealer with reg and chassis number but unfortunately nothing documented for it...

When I enter mine I get: Paint Colours - Santorini Black [820], which is correct. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

Is that metallic, I can't tell from the pic?

If it is then the colour is Rioja Red, that was the only metallic red available for Defender in 1998

That was an interesting exercise, glad you posted that link, thanks. I also get `Epsom Green Micatallic 961' which is correct, plus load of other stuff which indicates what's been done to it since it left the factory.
