Hidden winch mount Reul + Warn EVO 12s / High Beams 90mm
Time for the Big Mod, Warn winch..
Did my intensive research before, you only can spent once.

So no Warn Zeon platinum 12s, too expensive and not available.
No Landrover winchtray with crush cans, want it completly hidden.

Collecting my parts first:
Winchtray/mount / fairlead / flatlink from Reul Parts in Belgium
Warn VR EVO 12s (synthetic) with wireless remote
Relocation cables 0 awg for Winch relay under the bonnet
Solenoid / relay Kissling 500a / switch incab.
Nolden NCC 90mm 3rd gen Led High Beams with position and indicator.
Deutsch DT4 and DT6 ip68 connectors for wiring loom, cables & relay .
Brackets , sikaflex PU kit, additional hardware etc.

All new..

My inspiration came from a render on a Dutch market place by Heritage

Licence plate positioning, bend it a little bit. second High Beam cutout.

Made brackets behind the grille for the High Beams, fine tuning can be done later.
Made the wiring loom with the Deutsch connectors, testing the position lights .

Connected the wiring loom today , according the video from Lazer lights. High Beams go over an relay for trigger 12v ( purple/Orange) Low Beam ( blue/green) direct to position lights.
So with the Low Beams on the auxilairy position lights work flawless. With DRL nothing, canbus thing I suppose.

Connected the winch with my new made relocation 0 AWG cables.

All in a flexible hose straight up to the engine bay.

Great effort. I forget just how beefy the Zeon winch is... That's one chunky bit of kit. Thumbs Up

Wiring took some time and delayment.
High Beams work great.
Winch works very well.

2 little things left to do;

In cab switch for winch
Light smoke wrap for the new lights, to match the Headlights - Done, with Xpel slate smoke 50 headlight film.

Looking good, well done! Did you finish the switch-option inside as well?

If you get your inspiration from Heritage customs, be prepared for your next project Wink
