High voltage engine light warning
Hi all,

Has anyone had experience with the engine light popping up after charging and having high voltage as the error message? Brand new car and had two technicians out at home (neither had a clue about the issue) and the car has now been in the garage for 3 weeks (with zero update or explanation as to the issue) and I only had had the car in my possession a few days. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Very similar experience here… EML appeared, car recovered but now waiting diagnostic work. Suggestions that it’s an issue with high voltage water ingress. Time to get a definitive answer open ended currently.

Brand new car, owned for 3 weeks.

Interested like yourself to see if any similar issues and how they were rectified.

That is the exact same fault as I have on mine. They have a technician working on the car now, but still no closer as to what the issue is or how to resolve it. They shut down the car and are now just running tests and sending the results back to HQ to be told what to try next. It has been with them for over a month now and still nothing confirmed...

Doesn’t bode well unfortunately- my fear is that parts will be needed, again with an open ended timeframe. Ready to explore all options including exercising right to reject the car!
