Anyone with a Truckman Top?
Evening,
Just picked up a bargain truckman roof for my double cab. I was wondering if someone who has one fitted could answer a couple of questions though please?

1. Does it attach to the tub just with four bolts? There is a hole in each corner which seems to line up nicely with holes in the cappings but the Truckman site shows some plastic clamps which it says should be used to attach it.

2. What should be under the front edge of the top? The front face sits rearwards of the transverse tub capping so looks like it should have some kind of drain channel. Have tried it with the drain channel section from my soft top but the ends of it are too tall and hold the roof off the capping. Did the truckman top originally come with one?

Cheers,

Hi Steve
Mine has six clamps that hold the top on from the inside.
They just clamp the top to the rear tub.
I don’t have a rear drain Chanel on mine so water gets in so I put a shelf in that keeps my work stuff dry.

Hey up Steve.
I’ve just picked up the rain Chanel
For the top.
My friend says it helps but doesn’t make totally water tight.
