Rear springs - which way up?
New rear springs arrived today. But which way up?
Closer spring coils/grey plastic bits at the bottom or at the top?

Plastic bits at the top otherwise you wont get the spring retainers in at the bottom.

Also with the weight of the vehicle on them it is likely the tighter coils will be spring-bound so having them at the top prevents the build up of any muck/detritus at the bottom of the spring Thumbs Up
