Windscreen wipers issue

Hi my 2009 windscreen wipers are playing up. You can turn them on and then you can turn them off. If however you have to leave them in for a while you can not turn them off. Also, the intermittent does not work so on constant speed. If you can manage to get the wipers in the right place and jiggle the stalk they will occasionally stop. It is not the park switch on the wiper motor. Do you think it could be the actual switch or the relays (if there’s more than one) Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated 😊

2002 Defender 90 Td5 CSW Buckingham Blue

I'm no expert but I would suspect the switch. Also you should be able to test the relays with a multi meter?

I’d say switch, really easy to fit yourself with basic tools.
