Metal/mesh grills.
Looking at fitting a metal/mesh style grill how ever I’m fussy about it.
So the question is. Is their a grill that fixes using the standard grill holes and doesn’t protrude down or up where the badge blank is on the front panel?
Ohh and I need to be able to get my finger through to pop the bonnet series style

Currently rocking a new plasti one as original was looking battered and faded

Leaves the existing mounting holes exposed which I’m trying to avoid.

The Brit part has a piece that comes up onto the flat section of front panel that’s for a badge

I haven't seen any that match your requirements. I think your best bet would be to buy one of the Britpart ones and cut the top off. Darren

That’s my thoughts too. The reason I didn’t want this bit is that there’s early 110s have a badge there but I guess I could remove the badge and attach it too the grill

There is the nakatanenga grill, https://www.nakatanenga.de/en/optional-equ...r-defender

But does not meet your 2nd requirement, and shipping to UK still a problem? 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

Looking at their website the air on version doesn’t protrude down where as the standard version does. Could be the perfect version Thumbs Up
