So I added the cooler box....
It was pretty easy. I found one on ebay for 600 bucks. I thought I needed the center console so I bought that but I didn't need it. All defender center consoles are made for the cooler box except the ones outfitted with the jump seat.

I just tapped the USB charger in the console facing the rear seats since there is four of them. It was fuse #5 in the fuse box behind the glove box.

I had to use a dremel on a piece of cross center plastic but it literally is plug and play! I thank God theres a defender first edition wrecked on ebay for all of the cool parts I've bought. I found a cool signature on the back of the glove box when I was checking the fuses.

I highly recommend working on your truck as a means of therapy!

I ordered the cooler box and I’m going to add as well to my 2023 130. Is the wiring already there by chance to power it? If not, what’s the best way to tap the USB power? I see the cooler itself has a black and red wire going into a gray adapter. Any help appreciated.

The usb plugs are the same amperage as the cooler box. The cooler box has 2 wires and the usb plugs have two wires. I just tested them on a multimeter (I cannot explain how to use a multimeter go to google to YouTube to learn that!) and stripped the wires. My back up center console had the correct plug. I cut and married it to one of the usb plugs. The cooler box just drops in. I don’t have anymore pictures sorry. 2022 Defender Trek Competition 110 collectors edition!

Nice job. This is also on my list.

I noticed your brush wire coming out of the bonnet / hood. Do you have any pictures of the bracket attachment?

Does the cooler box have a drain hose? (I ask as it looks like an actual AC unit)
