Malaysia 2014 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 DCPU Galway Green
..brake pads (front)..
Hi guys. Time has come to change brake pads, so i will appreciate if you could take a look at this web link and let me know, did i select it properly both model fitting wise, as well as quality(which one would be best for MY2014, 2.2 Double cab). Thank you very much.

Personally, I would fit Ferodo, I’ve never heard anyone complain about them. Have no complaints myself, good bite and pedal feel. No squeal. No fade even in 40 plus degrees Pyrenees mountain passes. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

When I changed my pads, the pistons were part sieved and I needed a 4 inch G Clamp to wind then in. The there was so much muck and corrosion on the shoulders the pads sit in, I needed to use Emery cloth and a dremel multi tool to clean them up don’t forget a new pin& spring kit. Potentially the anti rattle springs as well. I needed to take the callipers of so needed to refit and rebleed - good opportunity to change the brake fluid (2 litres needed). Good luck. Mat
