Wing aerial suitable for DAB?
Just about to order a radio with built in DAB. Is the wing aerial suitable if I buy a splitter or do I also need a dedicated DAB aerial? Thanks in advance.

The wing aerial is perfectly fine. AT full extent is actually better than the really fancy ones.
Just buy a dab splitter for a tenner.

+1.

I bought this as a replacement for a damaged standard aerial, but it turned out to be a definite improvement. Better reception in poor areas than Mrs T's modern LR.

My DAB radio has worked great for years on the original aerial with one of these behind the head unit

I've had good experiences with the stick on windscreen mounts, down in the bottom left of the screen you'll never notice it and gives good reception 110 Td5 Van

I put my stick on DAB aerial on the alpine window glass on the drivers side. 1999 Defender TD5 110
