Netherlands Defender in Sweden

I pasted in Sept this well kitted out Defender in northern Sweden on the way to Strömsund which is where the beginning of the Wilderness Road. You can see that the driver gave the customary Land Rover wave as I did the same.
Any of the LRCH members know who this is? Reg. number appears to be VZ HX 76
