I may be tempted to part with the Land Rover 'Warn' setup on my XS when I get it later this week.

I'm just thinking of changing the set-up from the standard Warn winch and bumper which comes as Land Rover Part Number VUB500820 which is on the front of this Station Wagon.

I have a goodwinch winch bumper (brand new, one tiny chip) which you may be interested in (suits AC defender). new they are £189 - you could have it for £120 if you can pick up from near preston. could send it but its heavy and not easy to parcel. PM me if interested.

btw, the goodwinch TDS goldfish is 200 quid cheaper than the warn, faster and just as good, hence why many/most of the winch challenge boys use them.
