Engine Oil Pump Fault Help

I purchased a Landrover in May 2015 from a dealer (Non Jaguar Landrover) and it turns out that the known defect of the engine oil pump had not been resoved. In the last 2 days the low oil pressure warning indicator has come on. I've had no joy going back via the Local Jaguar Ladnrover dealer or speaking to Jaguar Landrover UK directly. It doesn't have a full service history but I knew this when I purchased it form the dealer, however it has also been serviced. Any advice on how I can proceed?
