I appreciate these are sold, but how do they install on a standard 110 double cab with no handles already present ? Are there threaded fixings behind the headliner ?

The standard ones are fixed with big self tappers. Darren

Self tappers, but you might need to drill the holes as they might not be there, 4 each grab handle x 4 (2 for a DC) handles. JGS4x4 sell the self tappers in packs of 16 Thumbs Up
