Wheelarch extensions
Evening all. I have a 110 HT coming in a few weeks and have decided I want wheelarch extensions. Has anyone had them retrofitted by a dealer prior to delivery? If so, did they charge the standard £612 or was it more because it’s a retrofit and not on the original order?

Many thanks

The wheel arch protection is a dealer-fit option anyway (not factory) so should be the same price.

I've decided to have them fitted to my car and it is built and on its way, the dealer fits them when they arrive and they have charged me the £612 as per the online configurator Thumbs Up Cheers Ian

You can fit them yourself too - PowerfulUK has an instructional video. I have a set in my garage waiting for me to pluck up the courage to clean the car thoroughly enough to get the double sided sticky tape that holds them on to start stuck…… also not sure how well the stickies will stay stuck on my PPF. The kit comes with all the gear needed to put them on the car too. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

I was tempted to get them fitted but seeing the poor job most dealers have done I’ve just left it.

Mines going in on the 20th to get its 2wd warning fixed, I have asked them to fit the recovery hooks and refit a poorly fitted mud flap but we’ll see if they do. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

They do look good. Mine were part of the original order but have not stuck properly, both front ones started lifting after about a week. It is back with the dealer having a new set fitted.

very happy with the arch extensions, offside rear has a lovely deep scrape along it, so certainly saved the
paintwork from some inconsiderate ahole Whistle yet another pommie bar steward down under

Second set fitted. They lasted a week before lifting off.
