There is no sound - please help L663 D200
With my defender L663 D200, there is no sound in the infotaim (not turn on the radio, connect your phone, you are not the sound of navigation or parking sensors), otherwise everything is fine. Don't know anyone if and which fuse can be defective or how to solve the problem? Thank you.

Try holding down the infotainment on/off button till the screen goes off, then let it reboot itself.

Thank you, I tried to hold and reset the infotainment, I tried and all fuses are fine. Nothing helped yet and I don't know what to try. Sad

Do you mean the button next to the air conditioner regulator or other?

There is no problem with mute. Sound sources are not opened by the Vubec. The radio does not offer settings, the phone cannot be paired, just everything related to sounds does not respond. Look at the video

Press and hold button 3 till screen goes blank.
See what happens when it reloads.

Thank you all for advice, I'll try. Does nothing happen to set up any systems in the vehicle when I drag the flashlight?

After telephone consultation, it looks like a new software installation. It is said to become new cars. So I ordered for professional help. Thank you very much for advice here.
