Grease nipples

Carried out an enjoyed first self-service on my 1999 Defender 90 Td5, with the exception of checking brake condition (although front ones squeak) and greasing points. Where exactly are they and what type of grease do you guys recommend. Poor girl seems to have been neglected as last registered service was 40000 miles ago . Oil extremely black and struggled to remove filters so thinking greasing is a must.

I use the morris lubricant that gywn lewis sell in their kits
